Introduction video transcript
Allyship isn't an identity. It's not a badge. It's not something you ever finish. It's a practice, doing small things over and over, often without anyone actually noticing. Most people at work have good intentions. For example, you ask someone where they're really from and you mean it warmly, but it lands badly. The intention was good. The impact, not so much. And the impact is what the other person has to live with. So here's where you build the basics. Recognise what allyship really is. Notice those moments while they're still happening.
